太阳能路面裂纹检测车设计

Design of a Crack Detection Vehicle for Solar Road Surface

摘要 为了解决路面裂纹检测车采光性差、阴雨天气采集的裂纹图像不清晰、裂纹图像过度曝光等问题,设计了一种太阳能路面裂纹检测车。在分析太阳能路面裂纹检测车工作原理、图像采集系统工作原理基础上,建立了太阳能路面裂纹检测车总体结构。分析设计图像采集系统,通过MATLAB软件对裂纹图像进行处理,提取裂纹几何形状,并进行实际道路测试。研究结果表明,设计的太阳能路面裂纹检测车相比传统的检测车效率更高、安全可靠、节能环保且检测图像更加清晰,在提高路面裂纹检测工作效率、节能减排方面具有积极意义。 In order to solve the problems of road surface status inspection vehicle, such as poor lighting performance, crack images unclearly collected in cloudy and rainy weather, excessive exposure of crack images and so on, it is necessary to design a kind of solar road surface status inspection vehicle. The working principle of road surface status inspection solar vehicle and image acquisition system is analyzed, the overall structure of the road surface status inspection solar vehicle is established. The image acquisition system is analyzed and designed, the crack images are processed by MATLAB software to extract the fracture geometry, and the road test is carried out. The results show that, compared to the traditional detection vehicle, the solar road surface status inspection vehicle is more efficient, safe and reliable, energy saving, environmental friendly and clearer in image detection. It has important significance in improving energy-saving and working efficiency.
