基于模糊辨识的直线电机进给轴摩擦辨识

摘要 直线电机驱动的进给轴在进给过程中容易受到导轨滑动摩擦特性影响而存在高度的非线性特性,给进给轴的高精度跟随控制带来困难。研究给出一种基于模糊辨识的直线电机驱动进给轴摩擦辨识策略,以直线电机驱动进给轴为研究对象,给出了基于电流反馈为手段的样本数据采集方法,应用基于数据驱动的模糊辨识方法辨识摩擦模型,构建了直线电机驱动进给轴的摩擦仿真系统。以直线电机驱动进给轴为研究对象构建实验平台,仿真和实验结果表明提出的摩擦辨识方法能精确地辨识直线电机驱动进给轴的摩擦模型。 The feed axis driven by linear motor is affected by guide rail sliding friction characteristics in the feed process easily, and it has highly nonlinear characteristics. There are so many difficulties for the high-precision tracking control of feeding axis, so identification strategy study based on fuzzy identification is put forward. To take feed axis driven by linear motor as the research object, the method of sample data collection based on current feedback is proposed, the friction model is brought by fuzzy identification based on data driven. The friction simulation system of feed axis driven by linear motor is constructed. Take feed axis driven by linear motor as the research object to build experimental platform, experimental and simulation results show that the proposed friction identification method can accurately identify the feed axis friction model driven by linear motor.
