某皮卡车车身前机舱及地板模态分析与结构优化 被引量:3

摘要 在某皮卡车设计研发中发现,整车前端垂向弯曲模态与车身地板模态达不到设计目标要求。对整车进行有限元建模和自由模态分析,分别在弯曲、扭转及侧向三种工况下进行整车频率响应分析,发现整车前端垂向弯曲模态过高是由车架横弯与前端扭转耦合模态引起的,车身地板模态过高是由地板模态与座椅耦合模态引起的,由此分别对车架和座椅进行结构优化。优化结果表明,车身前端弯曲模态与车身地板模态达到设计要求。 In the design and development of a pickup truck, it was found that the vertical bending mode of the front end of the vehicle and the floor mode of the vehicle failed to meet the design requirements. Through finite element modeling of the pickup, free modal analysis of vehicle was carried out, and the frequency response of vehicle was analyzed under bending, torsion and lateral conditions respectively. It was found that the vertical bending mode of the front end of the whole vehicle was high caused by frame transverse bending and front torsion coupling modal, and body floor modal was high caused by the floor modal and seat coupling modal. Therefore the frame and seat structure optimization scheme was put forward. The optimization results show that the body front end bending modal and car body floor mode meet the design requirements.
