摘要
对影响电动汽车接触器、熔断器、预充电阻等高压零部件寿命的关键因素进行分析,研究这些因素对零部件的影响机理;并制定对应的试验方法,对零部件的适用寿命进行预测,为整车安全运行提供保障。
The key factors affecting the life of HV parts such as contactors, fuses, pre charging resistors and so on are analyzed, and the influencing mechanism of these factors on parts and components is studied. The corresponding test methods are formulated to predict the life of the parts and a guarantee for safe operation of the whole vehicle is provided.
