汽车中通道下加强板复合材料优化设计

Optimized Design of Laminated Composite Materials under the Channel of Automobile

摘要 对金属材料的中通道下加强板进行不同工况下的强度性能分析,按照等刚度设计的原则,利用HyperMesh中的OptiStruct模块对复合材料的铺层进行优化设计,最终得到与金属材料加强板具有相同强度的复合材料加强板,实现汽车的轻量化。 The strength performance of the metal material in reinforcing plate of the middle aisle under different conditions is analyzed, so as to obtain the stiffness parameters under different working conditions. OptiStruct modules in HyperMesh are used to optimize the laying of composites. And finally a composite material reinforcing plate having the same strength as that of the metal material reinforcing plate is obtained, to achieve light weight of the car.
