摘要
针对我国生产企业在工时定额方面存在的制定方法落后、定额水平偏低等问题,本文运用秒表测时法对现行的生产工序进行观测,通过ECRS法找到并消除日常生产中的动作浪费,重新制定工时定额。最后通过数值比较,表明秒表测时法在制定工时定额方面的有效性。
In view of the problems in man-hour quota of manufacturing enterprises in China, such as backward development methods, low level of quotas, and etc., this paper uses stopwatch method to observe current production process. Through ECRS method, find and eliminate the waste of action in daily production, and reformulate the man-hour quota. Finally, through numerical comparison, it shows that the stopwatch timing method is effective in formulating man-hour quota.
