大学生政治参与的规范与引导——基于“青年之声”平台建设的思考

高校"青年之声"平台的功能和定位之一就是积极发挥大学生作为校园治理重要主体的作用,引导大学生政治参与的积极、有序、理性、健康发展。从安徽32所本科高校大学生政治参与的实证研究发现,高校"青年之声"平台建设促进了大学生的政治参与,然而仍不能满足大学生政治参与的现实需要,要推进"青年之声"平台建设,规范大学生的政治参与行为,保护政治参与意识,推进政治社会化。打造走心的高校"青年之声",推动工作品牌融入大学生心中。

One function of the ＂Voice of Youth＂ platform in colleges and universities is to bring college students＇ subjectivity into full play in campus governance and guide students to participate in political affairs in an active, orderly, rational and healthy manner. However, an empirical study of 32 Anhui based universities shows that the Voice of Youth platform falls short of college students＇ real life need for political participation. Universities must strengthen the construction of the platform, increase their political consciousness, standardize students＇ political participation and propel political socializa tion. Efforts must be made to create sound mechanisms for a mindful Voice of Youth on campus that genuinely promotes students＇ political involvement.
