摘要
构建"稳定性"和"专业化"大学生心理委员培养模式,力求打造"点带面,点成面和面对面"的立体化学生心理健康工作服务模式,在培训过程中按照岗前培训、理论培训和实践培训三阶段,并在培训中加强教师督导和朋辈督导,夯实学生的业务能力,同时借助学生的专业背景及"互联网+"的模式,探索大学生心理委员培养的新思路。
To create ＂stable and specialized＂ psychology commissaries and build a three dimensional mental health service model that allows success to fan out from point to area, colleges and universities must provide better pre post orientation, theoretical training and practical guidance, strengthen teachers＇ supervision and peer supervision and make fullest use of the students＇ academic background and the Internet plus pattern.
