摘要
大学生就业质量的提升成为解决高校毕业生就业难的有效途径。安徽省高校毕业生就业质量整体上呈现出波动中逐渐上升趋势,研究生、本科生就业质量高于高职专科生,工学、管理学等专业就业质量很好,而哲学专业不够理想。新时代背景下,人才培养模式要满足经济社会发展需求,改革教育方式,优化人才供给结构,开展创新创业教育,推动大学生就业质量提升。
Colleges and universities urgently need to help students find good employment after gradua tion. Generally speaking, college graduates＇ employment quality in Anhui is on the rise despite the ups and downs with post graduates and undergraduates faring better than vocational college graduates and junior college graduates, science and management majors landing jobs of highest quality and philosophy majors showing no advantage or disadvantage in the job market. In the new era, culti vation of talents must seek to satisfy the need for social and economic development with reformed methods and refined supply structure. To enhance college graduates~ employment quality, greater at tention should be paid to the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
