Team Construction of Secretaries of College Student Party Branches

通过对基层党组织建设的理论研究,结合工作实践,基于学生党支部书记成长发展历程,聚焦学生党支部书记素质提升关键环节,从注重政治性建立全程化培养体系、注重规范性建立制度化管理体系、注重协作性建立全方位协调支持体系、注重针对性补缺学生党支部书记薄弱短板四个路径,探讨建设打造一支具有凝聚力、战斗力和影响力的高校学生党支部书记队伍。

Combining theory with practice, this paper focuses on the link of quality enhancement of the secretaries in the growth and development of student Party branches. It points out that to build a strong, united and influential team of student secretaries, great efforts must be made to establish a politically correct full journey cultivation system, a standardized institutional management system and a coordinated comprehensive supporting system and to help the student secretaries to actively remedy their weaknesses and shortcomings.
