摘要 为缓解交通供需矛盾导致的交通拥挤,通过分析交叉口交通流特性,制定匹配的信号控制策略,可以实现交通流的稳定性.信号配时模型采用延误、停车率和通行能力三指标进行联合优化.其中,延误模型采用改进的Webster法,停车率和通行能力选取传统的HCM法,将三指标配予相应的权数,转化为单目标函数,采用Matlab进行求解.最后以现实案例优化,并用Vissim对交叉口进行仿真评价,得到的结果有所改进. In order to alleviate traffic congestion caused by the contradiction between supply and demand of traffic,a traffic signal control strategy can be formulated by analyzing the traffic flow characteristics at the intersection to achieve the stability of traffic flow. Signal timing model is optimized by delay,parking rate and traffic capacity.With the delay model using improved Webster method,the parking rate and capacity choosing conventional HCM method,the three indicators are assigned to the corresponding weights,and then converted to a single-objective function. And Matlab is used to solve them. Finally,the actual case was optimized and the Vissim was used to evaluate the intersection and the result was improved.
