节能环保产业上市企业价值评价的实证研究

The empirical research on the value evaluation of listed enterprises in energy conservation and environmental protection industries

为使企业经营者对当前企业价值有一个清晰的认识,以实现企业价值最大化的目标,选取2016年30家节能环保上市企业为研究样本,构建3个层次共15个指标的企业价值评价指标体系,通过熵权法对各层指标赋权并排序,运用突变级数法对各上市企业的价值进行综合计算.从评价结果看出各上市企业在不同方面的差距及发展潜力,从而为企业经营者的决策提供定量依据.

In order to let the business operators have a clear understanding of the current corporate value and achieve value maximizationof the enterprise,we select 30 listed companies of energy conservation and environmental protection industries in 2016 as research samples,and construct a value evaluation system with 15 indicators in three levels. Then we use the entropy method to weight and rank the indicators at each level,and use catastrophe series method to calculate the value of each listed company. From the evaluation results,we can see the gap and development potential of listed companies in different aspects. The research provides quantitative basis for the business operators to make decisions.
