Exploration and Research of A New Type of Pressure Bandage

压力绷带通过专业的包扎护理,在肢体上施加不同梯度的压力,帮助肢体静脉血回流,缓解肢体水肿。与医用压缩袜相比,压力绷带可以根据患者肢体直径大小调节压力,避免了水肿消退后,需要重新购买新规格的压力产品。压力绷带广泛应用于慢性静脉疾病以及淋巴水肿的保守治疗。文章根据压力绷带需要传递到的次层绷带压力水平,介绍压力绷带的分类,通过对现有压力绷带的缺点分析,设计了一种新型压力绷带。该新型压力绷带增加了满足临床所需压力时的工作伸长范围,提高了医护人员在操作时的便捷性。

Applied compression bandage by professional dressing care, it exerts different graduated pressure on the limbs which can facilitate venous return and reduce edema. Compare with medical compression hosiery, compression bandage easy to regulate pressure according to the diameter of the patient＇s limbs, so as to avoid the patients to rebuy the new specified compression products after edema reduced. Compression bandages are widely used for conservative treatment of Chronic venous disease and lymphatic edema. This work introduced the classification of compression bandage according to the level of sub-bandage pressure which needed to transfer from compression bandage. By analyzing some disadvantages of the current compression bandages, we designed a new compression bandage. This new compression bandage increases the range of working extension to meet the clinical demands and improves the operation convenience for medical staffs.
