家庭护理干预在双相情感障碍患者中的应用

Application of Family Nursing Intervention in Patients with Bipolar Disorder

目的:探讨家庭护理干预在双相情感障碍(BP)患者中的应用效果。方法:将120例(名)BP患者及家属按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各60例(名),对照组出院时给予常规护理指导,观察组在此基础上采用家庭护理干预;分别于出院时、随访3个月和随访6个月,采用韦氏成人记忆量表(WMS-Ⅳ)和韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)评价两组患者的认知功能。结果:干预组随访6个月WMS-Ⅳ评分高于出院时、同期对照组(P<0.05),干预组随访6个月WAIS-RC评分高于出院时、同期对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者家属对疾病理解情况高于对照组(P<0.01),患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:将家庭护理干预应用于BP患者中,可改善患者的精神状态和认知功能。

Objective： To explore the effect of home nursing intervention in patients with bipolar disorder（ BP）. Methods： A total of 120 patients with BP and their families were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing guidance when discharged,and the observation group used home care intervention on this basis. At the time of discharge,follow-up of 3 months,and follow-up of 6 months,the Wechsler Adult Memory Scale（ WMS-IV） and the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale（ WAIS-RC） were used to evaluate the cognitive function of the two groups. The condition of the family members＇ disease status and the recurrence rate of the patients in the two groups were evaluated. Results： The WMS-IV score in the intervention group was higher than that at the time of discharge and in the control group at the follow-up 6 months（ P〈0. 05）. The WAIS-RC score in the intervention group was higher than that at the time of discharge and in the control group at the follow-up 6 months（ P〈0. 05）. The family members of the intervention group had better understanding of the disease than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The recurrence rate of the patients was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Applying family nursing intervention to patients with BP can improve their mental state and cognitive function.
