在《冲压工艺与模具设计》课程教学中加入"UG模具设计"实践教学单元,可以采用项目化教学,借助UG三维软件,引导学生完成单工序冲裁模具、复合冲裁模具、弯曲模具以及拉深模具的模型设计与绘制任务,这种教学方式能够有效地调动学生学习的积极性,获得良好的教学效果。

The paper proposes to add the practice teaching unit of ＂UG mold design ＂ in course teaching, and adopts project teaching to guide students to complete the model design and drawing tasks of single process blanking die, compound blanking die, bending die and drawing die with the help of UG 3D software. It has effectively aroused the students＇ enthusiasm for learning and turned to be conductive to teaching.
