发展性社会工作在地震灾后应对中的应用探讨——基于汶川地震后绵竹青红社工服务之经验

On the Application of Developmental Social Work in the Post-quake Responses——Based on the Experience of Qinghong Social Work Services in Mianzhu

四川汶川地震发生后,社会工作界以不同方式参与了抗震救灾和灾后重建工作。灾区前线,一些社工服务团队设立站点,面向当地受灾民众及相关人群开展专业服务,构成了灾后重建中一支不容忽视的力量。那么,作为一支活跃的力量,社会工作者在灾害应对和灾后重建中究竟应该发挥什么作用呢?结合笔者所属的"青红社工"团队在四川绵竹等地开展专业服务的经验,本文拟以发展性社会工作理论为指引开展专业服务实践,力求发挥社会工作在灾后重建以及类似场景中的积极作用。

In the wake of the Wenchuan Earthquake,all sectors of society have participated in the earthquake relief and post-quake reconstruction in one way or another. Some teams of social services set up stations in the front line of the disaster areas,provided professional services to the afflicted victims,posing an inneglectable force in the post-quake reconstruction. What kind of role should the social workers play？ Based on the work experience of ＂Qinghong Social Work Team＂in Mianzhu,the paper aims to develop the practice of professional services under the guidance of developmental theory of social work,seeking to play the positive role of social work in the post-quake reconstruction and similar situations.
