摘要
目的:研究金属K^+的引入对AgInS_2的可见光催化活性的影响。方法:采用低温液相法制备不同K^+:In3+比例的AgInS_2催化剂(K-AgInS_2),通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UVVis DRS)和荧光光谱(PL)对产物进行表征。以罗丹明B为污染物模型,1 000 W碘钨灯为光源(λ>420 nm),考察K^+的引入量对AgInS_2的可见光催化活性的影响。结果:适量的K^+引入到AgInS_2中能提高AgInS_2的可见光催化活性,其中K^+与In3+比例为12:5时,K-AgInS_2具有最高的可见光催化活性。结论:K^+的引入对Agln S2的可见光催化活性呈现非线性影响,随着K^+的引入量的增加,AgInS_2的可见光催化活性先增加后减小。
Objective: The paper is to explore the effect of K^+ on the visible light photocatalytic activity of AgInS2. Methods: K-AglnSe with different molar ratios of K^+ to In^3+ was prepared by using the low temperature liquid phase method. XRD, XPS, SEM, UV-Vis DRS, and PL were used to characterize the products. Rhodamine B (RhB) was selected as the model contaminant, 1 000 W halogen lamp was used as the light source (λ 〉420 nm), the effects of different ratios of K^+ on the photocatalytic activities of AgInS2 were explored. Results: Visible light photoeatalytic activity of AgInS2 was enhaneed when appropriate amount of K^+ was introduced into AglnS〉 The optimum ratio of K^+ to In^3+ was 12:5, K-AgInS2 with the optimal ratio showed the highest visible light photocatalytic activity. Conclusion: The effects of K ^+ on the visible light photocatalytic activity of AgInS2 were non-linear, and the visible light photocatalytic activity of AgInS2 increased and then decreased with the introduction of K^+.
