钌(Ⅲ)-钨酸钠-甲基紫-PVA缔合体系中钌的测定及应用研究

摘要 在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,钌(Ⅲ)与钨酸钠及甲基紫形成的离子缔合物在580 nm处产生最大吸收。据此建立了测定钌(Ⅲ)的光度分析方法,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.966×10~8L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),方法的检测范围为2.0~4.5 ng/25 mL。大量存在的常见离子对钌(Ⅲ)的测定不产生干扰,方法有较好的选择性。该方法用于冶金样品中钌的测定,结果令人满意。 The ion-associated complex formed by ruthenium, sodium tungstate and methyl violet in the presence of surfactant polyvinyl alcohol has a maximum absorbance at 580 nm. A sensitive method for determination of Ru ( III) was developed based on this reaction. The apparent molar absorption coefficient ε was 1.966× 10^8 L·mol^-1·cm^-1,with a linear range was 2.0-4.5 ng/25 mL. Other ions in samples did not interfere the determination of ruthenium ( III ), and this method had excellent selectivity. The method has been applied to the determination of trace ruthenium in metallurgical samples, and the results are satisfactory.
