摘要
为了探讨树龄对核桃根际放线菌群落结构特征和生态功能特征的影响,采用时空置换法,对云南漾濞不同树龄核桃根际放线菌的群落结构及其对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、青霉菌(Penicillium)的抑菌活性进行了比较研究。结果显示:随着树龄的增加,核桃根际放线菌的检出率及属丰富度整体呈下降趋势,而活性菌株的数量呈上升趋势,但其抑菌活性差异无统计学意义。核桃根际放线菌群落结构的演替随树龄增加而进行,不同演替阶段的核桃根部放线菌所产生的抑菌活性物质种类不同,树龄较大的核桃根际放线菌可以作为开发抗生素的新源泉。
In order to uncover the community structure of rhizosphere acfinomycetes and its ecological functioning characteristics at different tree age, the spatial displacement was applied to study the community structure of rhizosphere actinomycetes at walnuts of different tree ages in Yangbi county, Yunnan province. Furthermore, the bacteriostatie activity of rhizosphere actinomycetes community against the Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Penicillium were also tested. The results showed that accompanied by the tree age increased, both of the detection rate and species richness of rhizosphere actinomycetes strains declined. The number of active strains showed an upward trend, but there was no significant difference in its bacteriostasis activity. Generally, the succession of actinomycetes community structure in rhizosphere would go along with the growth of walnut tree. An ecological functioning shift caused by the different types of antimicrobial activity substances produced by actinomycetes, this would provide the potential resources for novel antibiotics.
