对我国医务社会工作教育的本土化思考

The Localization of Medical Social Work Education in China

目前我国医务社会工作教育存在重理论轻实务、忽视学科之间联系、对本土医疗环境需求评估欠缺等问题,这与专业标准和规范不明确、"教育先行"、师资力量薄弱和课程设置不合理有关。医务社会工作教育应注重对本土医疗环境需求和问题的回应,从医疗文化和伦理出发,保持医务社会工作的专业性和规范性。

At present,arise in China＇s medical social work education the problems of weighing theory over practice,ignoring links between disciplines,and lacking assessment about the needs of the local medical environment,which has much to do with unclarity of professional standards and regulations,the conception of ＂ education first＂,weak faculty and unreasonable curriculum settings. In this situation,medical social work education should focus on the response to the needs and problems of the local medical environment,and maintain the professionalism and standardization of medical social work from the perspective of medical culture and ethics.
