供给侧改革视域下“大思政”育人体系的构建——以医学院校为例

Construction of the Macro Ideological and Political Education from the Angle of Supply-side Reform——A case study of medical colleges

随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,如何培养新时代合格的社会主义卫生事业人才成为医学院校亟须回答的时代课题。当前医学院校思想政治教育发展面临教学改革滞后、教育供给主体单一、网络思政相对滞后等问题。要化解这些问题,必须以"供给侧改革"思维增强思想政治教育供给主体的引领力,树立"课程思政"的理念、构建多元供给主体格局和营造"大思政"氛围。

With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,how to cultivate qualified socialist healthy professionals in the new era has become an unavoidable issue of the times in medical colleges. At present,the development of ideological and political education in medical colleges is faced with such problems as the lag of teaching reform,the singleness of the main body of education supply,and the lag of network ideological and political education. To dissolve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen the leading power of the main body of ideological and political education with the ＂ supply side reform＂ thinking,set up the principle of ＂ curriculum thinking＂,construct the multi-supply pattern of main body and create an atmosphere of the macro ideological and political education.
