晋商大院智慧旅游初探——以乔家大院为例

A Preliminary Study on the Smart Tourism of Shanxi Merchants' Courtyards——A case study of Qiao's Grand Courtyard

智慧旅游是一种全新的旅游发展理念,聚焦科技创新成果在旅游领域的运用,不失为振兴旅游产业的重要途径。晋商因其"仁义诚信"的美誉名扬海内外,如此深厚积淀使得承载晋商文化的晋商大院受到了诸多旅游者的关注。随着智慧旅游新时代的到来,传统旅游业发展遇到了瓶颈。因此,运用智慧旅游这一理念,以乔家大院为参照,剖析晋商大院景区存在的问题,进而提出建设性意见,以使传统旅游业能够实现提档升级,再上一个新的台阶。

Smart tourism is a brand new development concept of tourism. Focusing on the application of scientific and technological innovation in tourism,it is an important way to revitalize the tourism industry. Shanxi Merchants are renowned both at home and abroad for their reputation of beneficence and integrity. Such deep accumulation has made the Shanxi Merchants＇ courtyards which carry the culture of Shanxi Merchants the focus of many tourists＇ attention. With the arrival of a new era of smart tourism,traditional tourism has encountered bottlenecks in its development. This article attempts to use the concept of smart tourism,taking Qiao＇s Grand Courtyard as a reference,to analyze the existing problems in the scenic spots in view of Shanxi Merchants＇ courtyards,and then puts forward constructive suggestions so that the traditional tourism can be upgraded to a new step.
