我国中西部地区医药产业转移承接能力研究

Research on the ability of undertaking pharmaceutical industrial transfer in central and western areas of China

目的探讨我国中西部地区医药产业转移承接能力,促进医药产业结构调整与升级。方法从产业承接地角度出发,以中西部地区为研究对象,构建评价各地区承接医药产业转移能力的指标体系,采用熵权法计算各地区产业转移承接能力的综合得分,并进行排名和对比分析。结果河南、湖北、四川、湖南、安徽、江西省医药产业转移承接能力较强。结论东部地区在选择医药产业转移承接地时,应在考虑具体转移类型的基础上对医药产业转移承接能力进行综合分析;中西部地区在促进产业转移的过程中应发挥比较优势,有重点地进行区域建设。

Objective To discuss the undertaking ability of the pharmaceutical industry transfer in the central and western of our country to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading. Methods From the perspective of industrial transfer undertaking area,taking central and western regions as research object,this paper constructed an index system to evaluate the ability of each region for undertaking the pharmaceutical industrial transfer,calculated the integrated score of industrial transfer acceptability respectively by entropy weight method, and performed ranking accordingly as well as comparative analysis. Results The results showed that undertaking capacities of pharmaceutical industrial transfer of Henan,Hubei,Sichuan,Hunan,Anhui,Jiangxi Province are relatively higher. Conclusion In the eastern region,when selecting the transfer destination of the pharmaceutical industry,a comprehensive analysis should be made based on the specific types of transfer. The central and western regions should focus on regional construction based on their comparative advantages in promoting industrial transfer.
