摘要
分散液液微萃取技术(dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction,DLLME)是一种快速、简便、有机试剂消耗少和有较高的富集作用的样品前处理技术。在医药学、环境、食品等领域具有较广的应用。质谱技术、衍生化试剂、离子液体等的联用,扩大了DLLME的应用范围。本文总结了该技术在临床样品中的应用,为该领域学者提供参考。
Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction( DLLME) is a fast and simple sample pretreatment technology with less organic reagents and high enrichment. DLLME has been widely applied in medicine,environment,food industry,and so on. Combined with mass spectrometry,derivatization reagents and ionic liquids,DLLME has been further widened its application scope. This paper summarizes the application of DLLME in clinical samples and provides a reference in this field.
