基于两阶段规划法的动态容流调配模型

摘要 受天气等复杂因素的影响机场实际容量动态变化,由容量动态变化引起的机场实际容量与空中交通需求不平衡是造成机场拥挤和航班延误的重要原因之一。为了解决动态容量下的机场容流调配问题,在分析了问题的两阶段性后,通过两阶段随机规划方法,建立了动态容流调配模型,应用捕食搜索算法进行算例分析。经验证,结果表明方法可以获得合理的运行策略,验证了模型的可行性及有效性。可见模型可广泛用于含有不同跑道构型的多跑道机场,可为提升空中交通管理的运行效率提供辅助决策支持。 The airport capacity is dynamically affected by the complicated factors such as the weather. The capacity imbalance caused by the capacity change and the air traffic demand is one of the important reasons for airport congestion and flight delays. In order to solve the problem of airport capacity allocation under dynamic capacity,the dynamic capacity allocation model is established through two-stage stochastic programming after analyzing the two-stage nature of the problem. The predator-prey search algorithm is used to analyze the case. After verification,the results show that this method can obtain a reasonable operation strategy and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this model. It can be seen that this model can be widely used in multi-runway airport with different runway configuration,which can provide auxiliary decision support for improving the running quality of ATC.
