后路减压、丁棒系统内固定手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

The Clinical Efficacy of Posterior Decompression,Internal Fixation of the Rod System in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fracture and the Effect on Sleep Quility

目的:观察并分析后路减压、丁棒系统内固定手术对胸腰椎骨折患者的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2010年1月至2017年1月黔南州人民医院收治的胸腰椎骨折患者92例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。观察组采用后路减压、丁棒内固定术治疗对照组采用传统手术治疗。比较2组治疗后VAS评分、睡眠质量及治疗效果。结果:与术前比较,术后2组患者VAS评分及PSQI评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为93.48%;较对照组的52.17%显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:后路减压、丁棒内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果明显高于传统术式,可有效减轻患者疼痛,并改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of posterior decompression,internal fixation of the rod system in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture and the effect on sleep quility. Methods： A total of 92 cases thoracolumbar fracture patients were selected and divided randomly into control group and treatment group,46 cases were for each group. Treatment group was treated with posterior decompression,internal fixation of the rod system,and control group was treated with traditional surgical. The VAS scores, sleep quality and treatment efficacy in 2 groups wer compared. Results： Compared with preoperation,the VAS scores,PSQI Score in 2 groups decreased significantly（ P 0. 01）,and treatment group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01）. the total effective rate in treatment group was 93. 48%,which was higher than that 52. 17% in control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The treatment efficacy of Posterior decompression,internal fixation of the rod system in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture is better than traditional surgical,which can reduce the pain and improve the sleep quality.
