轻中度脑梗死急性期患者睡眠状况研究

Sleep Status of Patients with Mild To Moderate Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探究轻中度脑梗死急性期患者睡眠状况。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年2月期间在我院接受治疗的轻中度脑梗死急性期患者45例作为观察组,另选取与观察组患者年龄、性别相匹配的无脑梗死病史的住院患者40例作为对照组。记录2组的睡眠参数,观察比较2组患者的失眠率及失眠类型。结果:观察组患者的睡眠潜伏期、入睡后清醒时间数据高于对照组,总睡眠时间低于对照组,实验数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的失眠率为92.4%,对照组患者的失眠率为63.2%,观察组数据高于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:轻中度脑梗死急性期患者睡眠状况较差,失眠率较高,睡眠结构紊乱,故在临床中应及时采取措施干预以改善轻中度脑梗死急性期患者睡眠状况。

Objective： To explore sleep status in patients with mild to moderate acute cerebral infarction. Methods：45 patients with mild-to-moderate cerebral infarction who were treated From January 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group. The hospitalized patients with no history of cerebral infarction who matched the age and gender of the experimental group were selected. Forty patients as a control group. Two trained technicians performed manual mapping on the computer and recorded the sleep parameters of the two groups. The insomnia rate and insomnia type were compared between the two groups. Results： The sleep latency and awakening time after sleep in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the total sleep time was lower than that in the control group. The experimental data was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; The insomnia rate in the experimental group was 92. 4%,and the insomnia rate in the control group was 63. 2%. The data in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Patients with mild to moderate acute cerebral infarction have poor sleep status,high insomnia rate,and disordered sleep structure. Therefore,timely intervention should be taken to improve sleep status in patients with mild to moderate acute cerebral infarction.
