手足口病患儿睡眠质量状态及影响因素研究分析

Analysis and Study on the Sleep Quality State of children with Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease and Its Influence Factors

目的:研究与分析手足口病(HFMD)患儿睡眠质量状态及影响因素。方法:选取2016年12月至2017年11月期间攀枝花市第四人民医院收治的HFMD患儿120例为研究对象,将其采用PSQI量表进行评估,然后比较其中不同性别、年龄、体温、严重程度、家长文化程度、病毒类型及居住情况者的PSQI量表评分结果,同时以多因素Logistic回归分析处理上述研究因素与HFMD患儿睡眠质量状态的关系。结果:120例HFMD患儿的PSQI量表评估结果较差,不同性别及及居住情况者的睡眠质量较差率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄、体温、严重程度、家长文化程度及病毒类型者的睡眠质量较差率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、体温、严重程度、家长文化程度及病毒类型均是本类患儿睡眠质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:HFMD患儿睡眠质量状态较差,影响因素较多,应重视HFMD患儿睡眠质量的改善。

Objective： To study and analyze the sleep quality state of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease and its influence factors. Methods： From December 2016 to November 2017,120 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted in the fourth peoples Hospital of Panzhihua City were selected as study subjects. The patients were assessed with PSQI scale,and then were compared with different sex,age,body temperature and severity. The results of PSQI scale of parentsundefined education,virus type and living condition,and the relationship between the above factors and sleep quality of children with hand,foot and mouth disease were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results： The sleep quality evaluation results of 120 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were worse,and the sleep quality poor rates of children with different gender and living conditions were compared,the differences were not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）,while the sleep quality poor rates of children with different ages,body temperature,severity degree,parents＇ educational degree and types of viruses were compared,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed the ages,body temperature,severity degree,parents＇ educational degree and types of viruses were all the influence factors of sleep quality of these children（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The sleep quality of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease are worse,and its influence factors are more,so the sleep quality of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease should be paid to more attention.
