摘要
润滑脂微观层面表现为润滑脂皂纤维高度缠结在一起构成的网状结构骨架,基础油均匀填充在结构骨架间隙内。润滑脂的质量评价及性能变化机制分析过程中,需要充分结合润滑脂皂纤维结构体系变化规律。综述和分析润滑脂皂纤维表征方法,结合润滑脂皂纤维微观形貌表征的实验研究提出皂纤维结构的有效表征方法,即采用有机溶剂抽取并配合离心分离方法来有效提高润滑脂皂纤维表征的制样效果。讨论润滑脂皂纤维结构的影响因素及规律,指出组分参数对润滑脂皂纤维结构产生直接影响,环境因素变化导致的润滑脂性能衰退也将直接反应在润滑脂皂纤维结构的演化过程中。总结润滑脂皂纤维结构变化与润滑脂性能的关联性,指出润滑脂的流变特性和润滑性能发生改变均与润滑脂皂纤维结构结构的演化存在本质的联系。分析润滑脂皂纤维结构体系研究中存在的不足并对下一步研究方向进行了展望,指出开展润滑脂皂纤维结构体系的定量表征将是后续的研究重点。
The soap fiber of lubricating grease is highly entangled as network structural skeletons at the micro level,and the base oil is evenly filled in the gap of structural skeletons.It is needed to sufficiently consider the structural variation of soap fiber during the process of grease properties evaluation and variation mechanism analysis.The characterization methods of lubricating grease soap fiber were explained and analyzed,and an effective characterization method of lubricating grease soap fiber was presented combined with the experimental study of soap fibrous microstructure,that is,the organic solvent extraction and centrifugation method were used to effectively improve the sample preparation effect of soap fiber.The influence factors and laws of grease soap fiber were discussed,it was pointed out that the soap fibrous microstructure was directly influenced by the component of lubricating grease,and the performance degradation caused by the environmental factors was directly reflected by the evolution of the soap fibrous structure. The relationship between the grease performance and soap fiber was summarized,it was pointed out that both rheological behavior and lubricating property of lubricating grease existed the eidetic relationship with the evolution of the soap fibrous structure as well.The future emphases of further studies on soap fiber structure system,that is the quantitative characterization of soap fibrous structure system of lubricating grease,were prospected.
