核电站鼓形滤网主轴腐蚀的原因分析与建议 被引量:3

摘要 针对国内核电站首例鼓形滤网主轴在机组运行过程中发生的大面积腐蚀问题,从运行工况、防腐设计,涂装施工、日常运行和维护等多方面对腐蚀原因进行了分析,并讨论了腐蚀发生后的处理方法以及预防措施,强调了涂层厚度设计与涂覆前基底的预处理,以及阴极保护系统合理分区的重要性。 As for the first case of problem that large area of corrosion on the main spindle of drum-shaped filter mesh in a nuclear power plant, the corrosion causes were analyzed with respect to working conditions, anticorrosion design, coating construction, as well as daily operation and maintenance. Some solutions to corrosion and prevention measurements were discussed. The importance of coating thickness design, pretreatment of substrate prior to coating, and reasonable distribution of cathodic protection current was emphasized.
