摘要
四环素类抗生素在畜禽养殖中是使用最多的抗生素,其在畜禽粪便中的残留给环境带来了潜在的风险。文章在总结国内外研究的基础上,概述了四环素类抗生素在畜禽粪便中的残留状况以及四环素类抗生素对土壤、植物和人体的危害,以此说明由于畜禽粪便施用引起四环素类抗生素在环境中的累积及对环境的影响,为畜禽粪便的利用提供安全警示。
Tetracycline antibiotics are the most commonly used antibiotics in livestock and poultry breeding, and their residual exposure of livestock manure poses a potential risk to the environment. On the basis of the review of domestic and international studies, it outlines the residue of tetracycline antibiotics in the livestock and poultry dung, and introduces the eco-toxicity of the tetracycline antibiotics to the soil, the plants, and the human body. In this way, the environmental accumulation and environmental impact of tetracycline antibiotics are caused by the use of animal manure, which provides a safety warning for the utilization of livestock and poultry manure.
