中国高校创新创业教育理论与实践的创新——以北京交通大学为例

Innovation on the Theory and Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Chinese Universities——Take Beijing Jiaotong University as an Example

"大众创业?万众创新"这一概念受到广泛关注,日益融入了高等教育改革与高校人才培养机制中,为高校的创新创业教育带来了机遇和挑战。文章以创业思想与行动理论为基本思路,在明确中国高校创新创业教育与实践理念的基础上,构建了基于"学习—行动—塑造"的中国高校全过程创新创业教育与实践体系。基于此,文章以北京交通大学的全过程创新创业教育与实践为例,分析了在全过程创新创业教育体系中的教育实践和创新举措,为中国高校创新创业教育与实践提供了理论支撑和实践借鉴。

The concept of ＂massive entrepreneurship and innovation＂ has attacted entensive attention. It has increasingly been integrated into higher education reforms and the college talent cultivation mechanisms, creating both challenges and opportunities for Chinese universities＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on the idea of entrepreneurial thought and action theory and the clarification of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice concept, this article constructs a ＂Learning-Acting-Building＂ education and practice system for innovation and entrepreneurship in Chinese universities. Meanwhile, taking Beijing Jiaotong University as a case, this article further analyzes the education and practice innovation measures in the entire process of innovation and entrepreneurship education system. Finally, the paper expects to provide theoretical support and practicle references for the future research and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities.
