基于杂散损耗分析的感应电机定子齿参数优化 被引量:4

摘要 为研究低杂散损耗的定子齿参数,对引起杂散损耗的电机谐波磁场进行了理论分析,建立了有限元电机杂散损耗计算模型,分析了11 k W铸铝转子感应电机定子齿参数变化对电机杂散损耗的影响。分析结果表明,定子齿参数对电机杂散损耗影响程度由大到小依次为定子齿顶拱高、定子齿顶宽、定子齿宽和定子齿顶高。在保持电机转矩特性的前提下,结合有限元分析结果,对感应电机定子齿参数进行优化,电机杂散损耗降低了29.8 W(约占优化前杂散损耗的23.4%)。 In order to study the stator tooth size for stray loss reduction,the theory of harmonic mag-netic field in induction motor was analyzed. Taking an 11 k W motor with aluminum casting rotor as an example,the loss prediction model was established based on finite element method,and the influence of stator tooth size on the stray losses were analyzed. It was found that the effecting sequences of four main factors for stray loss were as follows: tooth tip loop height,tooth tip width,tooth width and tooth tip height. Further,by combining the above analysis,stator tooth size was optimized,so that the stray loss of 11 k W motor was reduced about 29.8 W,which took up 23.4% of the stray loss before optimization,on the premise of original torque performance.
