摘要 以高速永磁无刷直流电动机为对象,针对高速下转子位置检测困难,在反电动势法基础上,探究一种基于坐标变换的无位置传感器控制策略;针对电机的换相误差,在坐标变换法无位置传感器控制驱动策略下探究了基于转子磁链观测的最大转矩/电流比换相校正控制算法(MTPA),该方法能校正电机换相点,使相电流相位与反电动势相位一致,从而改善电机系统的各项性能。最后,通过仿真验证了的高速永磁无刷直流电动机坐标变换法无位置传感器控制策略和磁链法最大转矩/电流比换相校正算法的有效性及优越性。 Taking high-speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor as the object,in the view of the difficulties to detect the rotor position of the high-speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor at high speed,a sensorless control strategy based on coordinate transformation was studied under the foundation of traditional back EMF method. In the view of the commutation error of phase current of the motor,the maximum torque/current ratio commutation correction control algorithm(MTPA) based on rotor flux observation was studied under the sensorless control driven strategy of coordinate transformation method. The method can correct the commutation point of the motor,so that the phase of the current was consistent with the phase of the back EMF and the performance of the motor system is improved. The effectiveness and advantages of coordinate transformation method sensorless control strategy and flux linkage method of maximum torque/current ratio commutation correction algorithm of high-speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor were verified through the simulation platform.
