Objective： To analyze the common faults of ureteroscopy by introducing the type, structure and working principle of ureteral nephroscope. Methods： To clarify the common faults of ureteroscopy and analyze the causes of common faults. Results： By summarizing these failures, the medical workers can provide standardized guidance for the operation, cleaning, sterilization, storage and transportation of ureteral nephroscope. Conclusion： To prolong the service life of ureteral nephroscope and reduce the incidence of medical malpractice.
