摘要
当前园本教研中存在教师参与积极性不高、专注程度较弱、思维活跃程度不足和自我效能感偏低的问题。积极心理学的相关思想与主张对改善教师参与园本教研的状况具有重要启示,在促进有效的园本教研激励机制的形成、促进幼儿教师专业发展方面可以发挥有效作用。
At present, there are some problems in the kindergarten-based teaching and research,including poor teachers' participation,weak concentration,and lack of activity in thinking and low self-efficacy. Related thoughts and propositions of positive psychology have important implications for improving teachers ' participation in kindergarten-based teaching and research, and play an effective role in promoting the formation of effective excitation mechanism for kindergarten-based teaching and research and promoting the professional development of preschool teachers.
