At present, there are some problems in the kindergarten-based teaching and research,including poor teachers＇ participation,weak concentration,and lack of activity in thinking and low self-efficacy. Related thoughts and propositions of positive psychology have important implications for improving teachers ＇ participation in kindergarten-based teaching and research, and play an effective role in promoting the formation of effective excitation mechanism for kindergarten-based teaching and research and promoting the professional development of preschool teachers.
