Starting from analyzing the connotation of ＂ craftsman spirit＂,this paper elaborates the necessity of integrating craftsman spirit into the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges,aims to explore the effective ways to cultivate craftsman spirit in vocational colleges,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of talents,develop the great country craftsman who is suitable for China ＇s economic development and enterprise needs and promote social progress.
