面对党风廉政建设新常态,开滦集团公司党委从强化学习加强组织领导,坚持实行"一岗双责",创新制度建设,纪检监察部门聚焦主责主业,严肃查处企业内部违纪违规行为等几个方面入手,进行了有效的探索和尝试。笔者从抓住落实主体责任这个"牛鼻子"入手,探讨了如何推动党委主责具体化落实的问题。
