新形势下社会资本并购公立医院的现状及策略研究

Investigation on the Status Quo and Strategy of Public Hospital with Social Capital Acquisition under the New Situation

随着我国经济的不断发展和医疗体制改革的逐步深入,为建立多元化医疗服务市场,政府不断制定政策鼓励社会资本参与公立医院改革,近年来社会资本并购公立医院的案例日益增多。笔者首先从理论上界定了我国社会资本并购公立医院的概念和动因,然后分析了当前社会资本并购公立医院的基本情况并总结了并购的三种模式,最后在此基础上提出优化社会资本并购公立医院行为的政策建议。

With the continuous development of China＇s economy and the gradual deepening of the reform of medical system,and in order to establish a diversified medical service market,the government constantly makes policies to encourage social capital to participate in the reform of public hospitals. In recent years,the number of cases of social capital mergers and acquisitions of public hospitals has been increasing. The author first theoretically defined the concept and the motivation of social capital,mergers and acquisitions in China public hospitals,and then analyzes the basic situation of the current public hospital social capital ma and summarizes three modes of ma and finally,on the basis of this,puts forw ard suggestions on optimizing policies for social capital ma behavior of public hospitals.
