病区保洁社会化管理的风险及防控对策

Risks and Control Countermeasures of Socialized Sanitization Management in Inpatient Wards

目的探讨医院病区物体表面清洁质量的管理对策。方法分析病区保洁社会化管理存在的风险,采取改善工具和流程、针对性培训、荧光标记法监测、加强病区环节管理和保洁公司内部质控管理等措施,观察病区保洁质量的效果。结果通过加强对保洁公司的管理,病区物体表面清洁质量合格率由40.37%上升至79.06%;微生物抽样检测合格率由64.12%上升至80.50%;神经外科、器官移植科重症监护病房医院感染发生率分别由6.79%、17.55%下降至5.45%、9.17%。结论采取必要的防控措施加强对病区保洁社会化的管理,对降低医院感染的发生具有深远的意义。

Objective： To explore the management countermeasures of surface cleaning quality in hospital wards. Method： The risks of the cleaning socialization management are analyzed,and the measures are taken,such as improving tools and procedures,targeted training,fluorescence labeling monitoring,and strengthening the link management and the internal quality control management of the company to observe the effect of w ard cleaning quality. Result： By strengthening the management of cleaning company,the qualified rate of surface cleaning quality in the w ards increased from 40. 37% to 79. 06%. The qualified rate of microbial sampling detection increased from 64. 12% to 80. 50%. The incidence of nosocomial infection in neurosurgery and organ transplantation of ICU decreased from 6. 79% and 17. 55% to 5. 45% and 9. 17% respectively. Conclusion： It is of great significance to take necessary prevention and control measures to strengthen the management of the socialization of the w ards to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
