山东省海洋产业集聚与海洋生态资源环境耦合协调性研究

Study on the Coupling Coordination Between Marine Industrial Agglomeration and Ecological Resources and Environment in Shandong

在海洋产业集聚与海洋生态资源环境交互作用规律的基础上,选取2006-2014年山东省相关的统计数据,通过熵值法构造海洋产业集聚和海洋生态资源环境指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,分析两个系统间的耦合程度。结果表明,海洋产业集聚系统与海洋生态资源环境系统的综合发展水平都逐年提高;虽然二者之间的耦合度比较高,但两者间的耦合协调度却并不高,表明两个系统虽然比较协调,但协同发展水平并不高。

Based on the interaction between marine industrial agglomeration and the marine ecological resources and environment, this paper selects the relevant statistics of Shandong Province from 2006 to 2014, constructs the indicator system of marine industrial agglomeration and marine ecological resources and environment by the entropy method, and uses the coupled coordination degree model to analyze the degree of coupling between the two systems. The results show that the comprehensive development level of marine industrial agglomeration systems and marine ecological resources and environmental systems is rising year by year. Although the degree of coupling between the two is relatively high, the coupling coordination between the two systems is not high, indicating that the level of coordinated development of the two systems is not good.
