基于东平县农村公共物品投资满意度的实证研究

An empirical study on the satisfaction of rural public goods investment in Dongping County

农村公共产品投资在农村地区发挥着重要作用,它是农村政府职能的重要体现,客观地反映了农民的需要程度和社会福利水平。基于此,本文主要基于基层农民的视角,研究农村公共物品投资的问题。以东平县为例,东平县是山东省中部的以农业为主的小县城,本文通过到东平县找村民开展调查研究,以访谈、问卷调查、专题调研和典型案例调研等形式掌握大量的第一手经验资料与数据,挖掘出有价值的思想,从村民对公共物品的供给满意度、投资意愿等方面,横向和纵向分析农村公共产品的主要需求,促使政府重点了解农民的公共需求及其变化。

Rural public product investment plays an important role in rural areas.It is an important manifestation of the functions of the rural government,and objectively reflects the farmers＇ needs and social welfare level.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the problem of rural public goods investment based on the perspective of grass-roots farmers.In the case of Dongping County,Dongping County,Shandong province is in the middle of the agricultural small county,according to Dongping County for the villagers to carry out investigation and study,to master a lot of first-hand experience of information and data by interviews and questionnaire survey,investigation and case investigation form,digging out the valuable ideas from satisfaction the supply of public goods,the willingness to invest and so on,the main demand of the transverse and longitudinal analysis of rural public goods,prompting the government to focus on understanding the public needs and changes of farmers.
