摘要 随着科学技术的创新和社会的进步,建筑行业也正日新月异的发展,传统的工程管理技术已无法满足当前建筑业市场发展的要求,以BIM时代计算机信息技术为核心的工程管理技术体系应运而生。本文首先阐述了建筑工程管理中应用BIM技术的必要性,其次分析了其在建筑工程造价管理、施工安全管理和运维管理中的具体应用。为在建筑工程管理中进一步全面推广和实施BIM技术提供了一定的参考。 With the innovation of scientific technology and the advancement of society,the construction industry has been developing quickly.Since the traditional construction management cannot meet the demand of the construction markets currently,the establishment of BIM computer information technology is widely used for construction management.In order to generalize and implement the BIM technology in the construction management,this article will firstly indicate the necessity of utilizing BIM technology in the construction management.Secondly,it will analyze how to apply this new technology in construction cost management,construction safety management,as well as operation and maintenance management.
