With the innovation of scientific technology and the advancement of society,the construction industry has been developing quickly.Since the traditional construction management cannot meet the demand of the construction markets currently,the establishment of BIM computer information technology is widely used for construction management.In order to generalize and implement the BIM technology in the construction management,this article will firstly indicate the necessity of utilizing BIM technology in the construction management.Secondly,it will analyze how to apply this new technology in construction cost management,construction safety management,as well as operation and maintenance management.
