摘要
文化环境呈现出结构性,从文化环境影响的范围解剖,分为宏观文化环境与微观文化环境。以精神文化环境为核心,成为物质文化环境和制度文化环境的精神支持和思想导向,同时物质文化环境是精神文化环境的物质表现和外在标志,而制度文化环境则是精神文化环境的制度表现,是精神文化顺利传承和发展的制度保证。因此,精神文化环境通过物质文化环境和制度文化环境的营造介入优秀教师的成长。物质文化环境为优秀教师的成长提供物质平台。
the cultural environ ment presents a structural environment,which is divided into macro cultural environment and micro-cultural environment.To spiritual culture environment as the core,to become the spirit of the material culture and system culture environment support and thought direction,at the same time,the material culture environment is external material manifestation and symbol of spiritual and cultural environment,and system culture is the spiritual and cultural environment of system performance,is the spiritual and cultural heritage and development of system guarantee.Therefore,the spiritual culture environment through the material cultural environment and the institutional cultural environment construction to intervene the growth of the outstanding teachers.The material and cultural environment provides a material platform for the growth of excellent teachers.
