通识教育视阈下的高校英语专业教学改革探讨

The Study of the Teaching reform of College English Major from the Perspective of General Education

通识教育是高校教育中的重要内容,是以培养全面发展的人才为教育目的的,是提升高校各学院各专业学生的综合素质的教育。而在通识教育的背景下,合理的安排专业课程、协调好专业课程和通识类课程之间的比例是发挥好通识教育和专业教育的基础。本文试从通识教育的内涵出发,简析通识教育与高校英语专业教学改革之间的关系,并在此基础上提出高校英语专业教学改革的相关措施。

General education is an important part of college education,and it is to cultivate the fully developed talent and enhance the comprehensive quality of the college students.It is very important to rationally arrange professional courses and coordinate the proportion between professional courses and general education courses.Based on the connotation of general education,this paper analyzes the relationship between general education and the teaching reform of college English major,and puts forward the relevant measures of the teaching reform of college English major.
