加强党的政治建设探析——以严守政治纪律和政治规矩为视角

On Strengthening the Political Building of the CPC——From the Perspective of Strictly Adhering to Political Disciplines and Political Rules

当下,一些党员干部在政治纪律和政治规矩意识方面仍然存在着政治立场偏移、政治方向偏离、政治言论偏激、政治行动梗阻等突出问题。究其原因,客观上,有"怀疑心态""媚外心态""选择心态"的干扰;主观上,政治素质不够高、宗旨意识不够浓、纪律意识不够强。为此,加强党的政治建设,必须把增强党的政治纪律和政治规矩意识作为主要抓手,认识"纪律是约束也是自由"的"本质内涵",让严守政治纪律和政治规矩成为内在自觉;突出"学习教育"这个"总源头",让严守政治纪律和政治规矩形成良好氛围;用好"考核评议"这个"指挥棒",让严守政治纪律和政治规矩成为刚性要求;抓住"两个责任"这个"牛鼻子",推动政治纪律和政治规矩建设从"宽松软"走向"严紧硬"。

At present,there exist prominent problems with quite a number of the Party＇s officials in terms of political disciplines and the awareness of political rules： they either take an improper political stand,go astray in political direction, go to extremes in making political remarks, or impose obstacles on political actions.Objectively,they bear the mentality of skepticism,xenophilia and preference; subjectively,they lack high political qualification,strong awareness of principle and discipline. Therefore,to strengthen the Party＇s political building,we should focus on enhancing the political awareness of discipline and rules,conceiving of the essence of the remarks that discipline is constrained freedom,so as to urge our officials to take the initiative to obey political disciplines and rules. We should also highlight the general fountainhead of learning and educating,creating favorable atmosphere; we should make good use of the baton of appraisal,making it an urgent necessity;we should take firm hold of the ＂Two Responsibilities＂to advance the building of political discipline and political rules frombeing ＂relaxed and week＂to being ＂strict and tough＂.
