紫茎泽兰杀螨喷剂的制备及其临床效果评价

Preparation of Eupatorium adenophorum Acaricidal Spray and Evaluation of Its Clinical Effect

【目的】将紫茎泽兰提取物制备成杀螨喷剂,并对其进行临床效果评价。【方法】采用正交设计方法及透皮释放试验考察聚山梨酯-80,月桂氮酮以及乙醇的用量对紫茎泽兰杀螨喷剂的配方工艺的影响,以确定最佳配方。然后选取30只感染疥螨情况相似的新西兰白兔,随机分为5组,即空白对照组(Ⅰ:蒸馏水)、阳性对照组(Ⅱ:2%伊维菌素)、试验组(Ⅲ:8 mg/m L;Ⅳ:4 mg/m L;Ⅴ:2 mg/m L),根据症状评分及临床指标监测评价不同浓度紫茎泽兰杀螨喷剂的临床效果。【结果】紫茎泽兰杀螨喷剂的辅料最佳配方为3%聚山梨酯-80、2%月桂氮酮和20%乙醇。与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ-Ⅴ组从第7天开始症状评分均显著降低(P<0.05),第14天症状消失,体增重显著提升,其他指标均呈现恢复健康的趋势。其中第Ⅳ组(4 mg/m L)呈现出最理想的杀螨态势。【结果】紫茎泽兰动物杀螨喷剂的最佳配方为:4%紫茎泽兰甲醇提取物、3%聚山梨酯-80、2%月桂氮酮、20%乙醇。该配方临床杀螨效果显著,可以作为紫茎泽兰开发利用的重要途径之一。

【Objective】The objective of this study was to prepare acaricidal spray with Eupatorium adenophorum extract and evaluate its clinical efficacy.【Method】Orthogonal design and transcutaneous permeation test was used to optimize formulation technology of Eupatorium adenophorum acaricidal spray with the amount of polysorbate-80,laurocapram and ethanol as factors. 30 of New Zealand rabbits infected with similar scabies were randomly divided into 5 groups： Blank group（Ⅰ： distilled water）,positive control group（Ⅱ： ivermectin）,and Eupatorium adenophorum acaricidal spray groups（Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ： 8 mg/m L,4 mg/m L,2 mg/m L,respectively）. The clinical effect of acaricidal spray with different concentration of Eupatorium adenophorum was evaluated according to symptom score and clinical index.【Result】Optimum formulation was as follows：3% Polysorbate-80,2% laurocapram and 20% ethanol. Compared with group I,the symptom scores of groups Ⅱ-Ⅴ decreased significantly（P〈0.05） from 7 th day. The symptoms disappeared on 14 th day,body weight was significantly increased,and other indicators showed a trend of recovery to health. In general,group Ⅳ showed relatively best acaricidal effect of those group.【Conclusion】The optimal formula of animal acaricidal spray using Eupatorium adenophorum was：4% methanol extract of Eupatorium adenophorum,3% polysorbate-80,2% laurocapram and 20% ethanol.This formula has a significant effect on mite killing in clinical practice and can be used as one of the important ways to develop and utilize Eupatorium adenophorum.
