摘要
针对隧道磁电阻传感器存在噪声过大的不足,采用锁相放大技术,对隧道磁电阻传感器输出信号的噪声进行抑制,设计了弱磁信号调理板和24位高精度模数转换板,并开发了基于Lab VIEW的多功能可视化系统软件。通过实验测试,该磁阻磁强计的探测精度可以达到亚n T级。
Based on the TMR sensor'noise has considerable defects,Using lock-in amplifier technology,the noise of the output signal of the tunnel magneto resistance sensor is suppressed,designed signal conditioning circuit of the weak magnetic field and 24 bit high-precision analog to digital conversion circuit,and develop multiple-function visual system software based on LabVIEW.Through testing experiment,the detection accuracy of the magnetoresistive magnetometer can reach sub n T level.
