摘要
针对传统的量热仪在测量发热量时存在精度不高、实时性差等问题,设计了一种基于N型热电偶的高精度量热仪。利用N型热电偶采集物质在氧弹中燃烧产生的温度,并通过24位高精度AD7793把采集的温度模拟信号转变为可供单片机处理的数字信号,最后把数据结果通过无线WIFI的形式发送到上位机界面实时显示。实验结果表明,该系统的测量偏差在0.3%范围内,达到检验规定A级1%的要求,具有一定推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and real-time performance of the traditional calorimeter,a high precision measurement thermograph based on n-type thermocouple is designed. The hardware part mainly designs the temperature acquisition circuit,the front amplifying circuit,the A/D acquisition circuit.The system uses thermocouple temperature sensor to achieve high precision temperature acquisition,and the processed data is displayed on the upper computer interface by wireless communication.The actual experimental results show that the measurement deviation of the system is in the range of 0.2%,and the requirement of 1% of A grade is reached,and it has certain popularization and application value.
