摘要
针对传统阻抗分析仪存在的弊端,设计了一种基于ARM的便携式阻抗测量仪。该阻抗测量仪以STM32为核心,设计了基于DDS的同步正交信号源电路、A/D采集电路、RS485通信电路以及STM32外围电路等。采用双差分减法器实现阻抗到电压的转换,选用双相锁定放大器来抑制噪声干扰。实验研究表明,该设计方案结构简单,测量自动化程度高,测量结果误差小,抗干扰能力强,测量精度可以满足大部分工程应用,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Aiming at the disadvantage of the traditional impedance analyzer,a portable impedance measuring instrument based on ARM is designed.The impedance measuring instrument takes STM32 as the core and designs the synchronous quadrature signal source circuit based on DDS,A/D acquisition circuit,RS485 communication circuit and STM32 peripheral circuit.Dual differential subtractor to achieve impedance to voltage conversion,the use of dual-phase lock-in amplifier to suppress noise. Experimental results show that the design scheme is simple in structure,high in measurement automation,small error in measurement results,strong anti-interference ability and measurement accuracy to meet the needs of most engineering applications,and has certain engineering application value.
